Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Performing general clerical and office administration tasks including student attendance
- Handling enquirers of students, parents and staff
- Supporting school operations and programs
- Responsible for office administrative duties including reception
Job Requirements:
- Degree Holder with 2 years of relevant experience; experience in school administration setting is preferred
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
