Job Description
Our client is a Fortune's China 500 property group.
Job duties
- Provide full spectrum of professional PA and administrative support for boss’s family and senior executives
- Arrange boss’s family calendar, appointments, travel itineraries and accommodation
- Handle office administration / HR / IT/ project duties
- Prepare administration reports and presentation materials
- Arrange and coordinate internal and external business meetings and social events
- Handle ad hoc projects
Requirements
- University graduate is preferable
- At least 5 years of experience in administration or personal assistant
- Good command of spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
