Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Perform full spectrum of secretarial support to Chairman on business and household
  • Manage all day-to-day activities of the Chairman including email, appointments, meetings, phone calls and travel arrangement
  • Handle and maintain Chairman's confidential information and document management
  • Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Degree holder in any disciplines with formal secretarial training;
  • 1 - 3 years’ personal assistant experience
  • Good command of English and Mandarin
  • Strong PC skills including MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized with good communication skills
  • Able to multitask and work independently under minimum supervision;
  • Able to adapt to fast-paced and ad-hoc working environment;
  • Resourceful, self-motivated, attentive to details;
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
