Job Description
Responsibilities
- Perform full spectrum of secretarial support to Chairman on business and household
- Manage all day-to-day activities of the Chairman including email, appointments, meetings, phone calls and travel arrangement
- Handle and maintain Chairman's confidential information and document management
- Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Degree holder in any disciplines with formal secretarial training;
- 1 - 3 years’ personal assistant experience
- Good command of English and Mandarin
- Strong PC skills including MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint
- Detail-oriented, well-organized with good communication skills
- Able to multitask and work independently under minimum supervision;
- Able to adapt to fast-paced and ad-hoc working environment;
- Resourceful, self-motivated, attentive to details;
- Immediately available is highly preferred
