Job Description
Duties:
- Assist in handling full spectrum of Human Resources including recruitment & selection, medical claims, MPF contribution, leave record update, staff training and course arrangement to staff
- Handle overall office administration activities
- Assist in contract & company policies amendment from the view of both human resources and administration in compliance with related legal regulatory such as Labour Ordinance, MPF Ordinance and Inland Revenue Ordinance
- Organize staff activities and corporate events
- Participating in ad hoc Projects
Requirements:
- Degree Holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- With at least 1-2 years of relevant experience in sizeable company
- Preferably with hands-on experience in C & B (including payroll)
- Well-versed in Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other HR legislations in Hong Kong
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, HRMS prefer
- Immediate available is highly preferred
