Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in HR or Business Administration
- 3-5 years working experience human resources administration
- Experience in sizable MNC, preferably in compensation and benefits
- Well-versed in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin will be an asset
- Detail-oriented, cheerful, team player with good communication skills
- Immediate available will be a great advantage
Responsibilities
- Provide support to HR department on daily operation and administration duties
- Administer MPF & medical programs including enrollment, termination and renewal
- Prepare HR correspondence such as probation, promotion, reference letters, etc
- Update and maintain all C&B and attendance information in HRIS system
