Job Description:
- Record all annual leave/compensation leave/sick leave/work from home in the team’s master calendar
- Handle membership/subscription issues
- Meeting coordination
- Booking event venue/air-tickets/hotel rooms for client or staff
- Cross check with the team the invoices of translation service providers
- Arrange restaurant booking, courier service, meeting rooms upon request
- Ensure all stationery, PC, phone line are in place when new staff join
- Store and keep equipment (wifi egg, camera, recorder etc.) for event use
- Help to print and bind proposal for new biz meeting
- Distribute incoming mails to team
- Any admin work upon request
Job Requirement:
- 1-2 years of work experience
- High diploma or equivalent
- Administrative experience such as data entry, managing data driven reporting, or ownership of detailed processes
- Computer experience, specifically with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to multi-task and manage details of different processes efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be able to work independently, seek answers when help is needed, and motivated to seek out additional tasks for completion
