Job Responsibilities:

• Perform all-rounded human resources duties included but not limited to recruitment, payroll, C&B, L&D, ER..etc.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support included but not limited to procurements & maintenance, workplace management, company events, filing system, insurance renewal
• Assist in reviewing HR policies, markets trends, performance management, development & training staff program
• Build and engage in relationships among key stakeholders (Department Heads & Senior Management) across the business

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in similar position
• Depth knowledge in HK Employment, MPF & Employee Compensation Ordinance with basic knowledge of China Labor Law is an advantage
• Strong PC literacy and proven ability to develop manpower plans and staff cost reports
• Mature, well organized, work independently, initiative and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
• Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Chinese included Mandarin
