We are a rapid growing start-up company in Hong Kong.  We are looking for a full time, motivated individual to support our teams and members.  This position is responsible for the day to day activities of our company.  Provision of an excellent service to ensure a productive and efficient office operation.

Job Duties:

• Provide a full spectrum of staff support, including phone interactions, scheduling appointments, screening, analysing, and responding to incoming enquires, handling day-to-day problems and situations as well as provision of secretarial support and data entry.
• Serve as the primary point of administrative contact and liaison with other parties or individuals.
• Respond to comments and queries in a timely manner.
• Organize and facilitate meetings and other special events.
• Provide assistance in the understanding and interpretation of company policy and procedures, as appropriate, and ensures that office operations are in compliance with policy provisions and standards.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Prior work experience in customer service, administrative or telemarketing is definitely an advantage.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Excellent telephone manners & customer service skills.
• Experience in e-commerce or property industry is highly regarded.
• Able to work independently and effectively.
• Attention to details and well-organized.
• Creative, understand the Internet and consumer behaviour.
• Proficient in Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
