The Job

• To provide full spectrum of administrative support to Supply Chain Director and Inventory Planning Team of Supply Chain Department in Mannings
• To organize daily activities, travel arrangements, and meetings with both internal & external parties
• To prepare statistical reports, presentation material and daily correspondence
• To be responsible for the general office administration duties for the team
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor

The Person

• Tertiary educated, degree holder is an advantage
• A minimum of 3-5 years secretarial and/or administrative experience preferably in sizable company or logistic industry
• Well-organized, independent, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure
• Good communication skills in English and Cantonese, both written and verbal.
• Customer centered, good interpersonal skills in working with people at different levels
• Proficiency in using MS Office suite (including Powerpoint, Excel, etc) and Chinese word processing
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Administration Officer
