Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for a full spectrum of Training & Development function including delivery of in-house training and seminars (such as team building, coaching, management skill, etc), coordinating with external consultancy on training & development events;
  • Liaise with different parties for identifying and assessing training needs;
  • Liaise with various departments for the implementation and maintenance of ISO quality system;
  • Search and select quality and appropriate training institutes and tools;
  • Assist in design, organize and conduct training courses and development programs for designated division;
  • Liaise with internal staff to improve and evaluate the training results;
  • Develop and prepare Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation;
  • Responsible for the formulation and implementation of yearly staff training and development plan and policies;
  • Prepare, maintain and update the training materials which in line with the latest operations development and training records;
  • Handle ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Management, Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 3 years solid training and development experiences, preferably in sizeable company;
  • Good training sense in terms of course development, design and evaluation;
  • Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills;
  • Self-motivated, analytical and well-organized;
  • Proficient in MS office and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment and demonstrated ability to multi-task and think creatively;
  • Immediate availability preferred.
