Responsibilities

• Handle full HR functions (Manpower planning, Recruitment, Selection,Compensation, Benefits, Staff Relations, Learning & Development)
• Maintain an efficient administration system for office, Repair Service & Warehouse)
• Monitor outside contractors (IT, Communication, Logistics & Warehouse)
• Liaise closely with department heads & line managers
• Prepare all HR management & analysis reports
• Recommendation on internal promotion
• Review & revamp existing HR operation flow and policies
• Design, develop & implement local compensation strategies
• Conduct annual salary and performance review
• Support the implementation of new HR software

Requirements

• University degree in Human Resources Management, Business Studies etc
• Minimum 10 years experience in HR / Admin experience in trading / wholesale company
• Minimum 3 years at management level in company not less than 50 staff
• Hands-on, flexible, leadership experience
• Able to work in fast paced, tight deadline and results driven environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills with different levels of managers & staffs
• Familiar with HK labour ordinance
• Good commend in English & Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office applications & HR system
• Excellent problem solving skills
