Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of HR functions in areas of recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relation, payroll & MPF preparation, Performance Review, Training and office administration activities.
- Update and maintain good HR records including personal data, leave records, attendance etc.
- Handle staff enquiries and other HR ad-hoc duties in compliance with the Company’s policies, Legislation and HR related Ordinances
- Responsible for general administrative duties and office support including stationery management, maintenance of office equipment / facilities, replenishment of office supplies, licenses renewal etc.
- Manage office administration system to ensure overall company efficiency, productivity and cost effectiveness.
- Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirement:
- Degree holder in Human Resources management or related disciplines (less qualification will be considered)
- At least 3 years’ HR & administration working experience.
- Well-versed in Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other statutory ordinances
- Proactive, detail-oriented and skillful at mult-tasking, good team player
- Good command of English & Cantonese both in written and verbal;
- Proficient use in computer skills i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT and Chinese word processing
- Warm and cheerful, excellent communication skills, coordination and organizational skills
