Scope of Responsibilities

• Report to the Centre Manager;
• Help to organize and manage the Centre's programs and services that align with the organization's vision and mission;
• Liaise with other NGO's, donors and stakeholders;
• Provide members support by establishing relationship with beneficiaries and their families; carry out home visits;
• Assist in writing of program proposals, reports, presentations and perform impact measurement analysis where required; Support and implement data collection system;
• Follow-up with various donor-funded programs, monitor progress and produce reports;
• Design and implement in-house parenting and counselling group sessions and talks

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Social Work or above
• Registered Social Worker with at least 3 years working experience in children and youth service
• , weekday evenings and during weekends, with compensation leave given
• Friendly and energetic, proactive with good communication and multi-tasking skills; possess leadership qualities
• Able to work well both independently and as a team player
• Excellent written and spoken Chinese and English; literacy in Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.
