Job Description
Listed in HK with ~400 staff, our client is a corporation focusing on materials trading and production. It is looking for qualified candidates to fill the following position:
(benefits: permanent, in-house, 5-day, bonus, 14AL, medical, dental, education allowance)
Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing board meetings, board committee meetings and general meetings and preparing related documentation
- Responsible for handling company secretarial matters for listed and private companies incorporated in Hong Kong, PRC, offshore and other jurisdictions
- Maintain/update statutory records, filling and regulatory compliance
- Assist in preparing annual/interim reports, announcements and circulars, etc.
- Responsible for the departmental routine and administrative work
Requirements:
- Degree holder with student/associate membership of HKICS or ICSA or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ practical experience in handling company secretarial duties gained from professional firm or listed company
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
- Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
