Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update inventory records in the database system
• Prepare inventory reports and other regular reports in a timely manner
• Handle import and export shipment of vehicles
• Handle insurance-related matters such as renewal, claim cases etc.
• Provide administrative support to the Company e.g. renewal of contractual services, procurement and maintenance of office equipment, security system, office renovation and maintenance works etc.
• Prepare inventory reports and other regular reports in a timely manner
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Form 7 or above with at least 5 years of office administration experience; exposure in motor industry will be an advantage
• Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, resourceful, mature, and able to work independently
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good problem-solving skills, communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in PC applications (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing)
