The Job

  • Lead an innovation project team to assist different departments in life ops manage changes such as new products/initiatives, system / efficiency enhancements, etc.
  • Define and maintain the project life cycle processes including business case preparation, project initiation, demand management, scoping, planning and implementation
  • Handle projects and manage changes due to new products/initiatives/systems
  • Work with and elicit user requirements from BAU teams
  • Prepare test plan and participate in different UATs as required
  • Report changes and risks to stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Ensure quality and timely deliverable for projects

The Person

  • University graduate
  • At least 5 years experience in insurance operations/project management
  • Hands on project experience in product/system development
  • Candidates with LOMA qualification/professional qualification in project management will be preferred
  • Good knowledge of PC, particularly proficient in MS Office tools
  • Proficiency in Chinese and English
  • SQL knowledge a plus
  • Strong analytical anal independent problem solving capability
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Manager
