Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of HR functions in areas of recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relation, payroll & MPF preparation and office administration activities.
- Update and maintain good HR records including personal data, leave records, attendance etc.
- Responsible for general administrative duties and office support including stationery management, maintenance of office equipment / facilities, replenishment of office supplies, licenses renewal etc.
- Manage office administration system to ensure overall company efficiency, productivity and cost effectiveness.
- Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above in Human Resources management or related disciplines
- At least 3 years’ HR & administration working experience.
- Proactive team player with good communication skills
- Good command of English & Cantonese both in written and verbal;
- Proficient use in computer skills i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
