Responsibilities:

• Administer for full recruitment and employment process, including but not limited to formulating job descriptions, CV screening, interview, offer management, on boarding and off boarding management
• Process the monthly payroll including all kinds of allowance payment, MPF contributions, bonus and final payments of all staff
• Ensure the monthly payroll documents are timely submitted to approve by Management
• Administer of employment liability insurance such as Employee Compensation Insurance, Group Medical and Life Insurance, Personal Accident Insurance and Travel Insurance
• Follow up with HRIS changes and enhancement and ensure the system records and calculation are maintained accurately
• Assist in organizing staff activities
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• University Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration or Management
• 3-5 years' relevant experience in Hospitality, Catering or Service Industry
• Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related regulations
• Able to communicate with all levels of people in both English and Chinese with good interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong numerical sense and high accuracy
• Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Hands on experience in payroll, familiar with Peoplesoft and Casual Labour Management System is an advantage
• Ability to work under pressure, independently and manage multiple tasks
• Immediate availability is preferred
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer
