RESPONSIBILITIES

• Data entry and documents filing
• Information or data checking, such as staff roster, staff attendance record, over-time record, surprise check report, claim for petty cash, sales records, accessories or materials application, repair maintenance records.
• Services for customers and donors such as answering hotline enquiries, lost and found cases, customer complaints.
• As a key coordinator with other different internal functional teams, including warehouse, logistics team, marketing, HR and administration, and external parties, such as services providers, material suppliers.
• To carry out other duties assigned by the supervisor
• Monthly Salary up to $18,000

REQUIREMENTS

• An understanding of the Christian faith, values and ethos of The Salvation Army
• 5 subjects pass in HKDSEE including English and Chinese or above
• Fresh graduates are welcomed
• Attention to detail and good interpersonal skills
• With working experience in Retail or Distribution Centre is a plus
• Hands-on PC operations in both English and Chinese
• Good command of oral & written English & Chinese (Putonghua & Cantonese)
