Receptionist

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily operation of reception including handle incoming call, manage front desk area and welcome guests;
• Responsible for the inventory of general office supplies;
• Handle general clerical duties;
• Maintain conference room booking, ensure the reception, conference rooms are neat and tidy;
• Handling all daily side duties and ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• DSE or above with 1 year relevant working experience;
• Good telephone manner and interpersonal skills;
• Cheerful, polite and friendly personality, well organized, detailed-mind, self-motivated
• Stable, punctual, hard working, strong sense of responsibility;
• Excellent work attitude and helpful attitude are essential;
• Excellent command of spoken English and Chinese, good Mandarin is an advantage;
• Proficient in general PC skills (MS word, excel and Chinese Word Processing);
