Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Managing SFC licensing issue
- General admin work management, including website management
- Office management
- Assistances to investment professionals, including portfolio management and trade recording
- Project Implementation
Requirements:
- Degree Holder
- At least 5 years experience in Banking and Finance Industry
- Good language skills (English & Mandarin)
- Good computer skills (Chinese typing, excel, powerpoint, etc)
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities and workflows and meet deadlines
- Able to work independently with minimum or no supervision, good team player
- Patience, proactive, smart, detail-minded, well-organized and able to work under pressure
