Requirements
- Good English and Mandarin
- With 2 years experience in administrative work, facilities maintenance
- With experience in Japanese companies is an advantage
- detail-minded, good organization and communication skills
- good team player and supporter
Duties
- Support the HR & Adm. manager and the Japanese boss in all-rounded administrative support
- Back up the team in delivery arrangement support
- Office appliance ordering, contract renewal, liaise with external suppliers for maintenance the office running smooth
- Delivery arrangement and checking
