Requirements

  • Degree / Higher Diploma graduate
  • 1 year working experience in sales order operations
  • Experience in order follow up and preparing sales documents
  • Responsible, energetic, well-organized and good team player
  • Computer knowledge in using MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Good command of English and conversational Putonghua
  • Immediate available will be a great advantage

Responsibilities

  • Handle sales order coordination with overseas vendors and clients
  • Prepare sales documents & reports and maintain order schedules
  • Assist in delivery arrangement with regional office and internal parties
