Job Description
Marketing Assistant / Executive (Events & Administration)
Responsibilities:
For Executive Role
- Assistant to the Department Head
- Receive incoming calls and emails; take messages, respond appropriately and route correspondence to the appropriate executives or staff members
- Handle requests, feedback and queries quickly and professionally
- Maintain filing system and prepare reports
For Administrative & Marketing Role
- Prepare departmental roster, maintaining calendars/diaries arrangement, schedule meetings
- Handle enrolment of marketing activities and follow up on weekly events
- Handle ad-hoc projects and special assignments from the management
- Assist in events and promotional activities
- Prepare meeting minutes
- Co-ordinate with designers for promotional materials
Requirements:
- University graduate with 2 years or above administrative and marketing experience
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Able to handle weekly seminar/talks independently
