Job Description

 

Marketing Assistant / Executive (Events & Administration)

 

Responsibilities:

For Executive Role

  • Assistant to the Department Head
  • Receive incoming calls and emails; take messages, respond appropriately and route correspondence to the appropriate executives or staff members
  • Handle requests, feedback and queries quickly and professionally
  • Maintain filing system and prepare reports

For Administrative & Marketing Role

  • Prepare departmental roster, maintaining calendars/diaries arrangement, schedule meetings
  • Handle enrolment of marketing activities and follow up on weekly events
  • Handle ad-hoc projects and special assignments from the management
  • Assist in events  and promotional activities
  • Prepare meeting minutes
  • Co-ordinate with designers for promotional materials

Requirements: 

  • University graduate with 2 years or above administrative and marketing experience
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Able to handle weekly seminar/talks independently
