Job Description

in Advanced Learning Experience Division

To assist the ALE Manger / Talent Development Consultant in strategic planning, implementation and evaluation of ALED/TD programmes; and provide support for programme planning and implementation in the Jockey Club “Gifted in Bloom – Harmony in Heart & Mind” Programme (JC Programme) with a view to refining and enhancing the quality of a variety of services as well as assist in building up the collaboration with tertiary institutions and industries to provide student programmes and services.

Candidates must have a recognized PhD in the field of Science and/or Engineer from a Hong Kong university or equivalent; at least 4 years post-degree work experience in related fields of education or experience working with students in tertiary institutions.

It will provide off-school learning opportunities for gifted young people aged from 10 to 18 years to enable them to reach their potential in a wide range of specialist areas, including leadership, creativity, personal-social competence, to promote wholeperson development, and to develop their confidence in pursuit of excellence and commitment to serving their community. It will also help to provide guidance to parents of gifted students, as well as training courses for teachers in specialist areas.
