Responsibilities:

• Perform general receptionist duties
• Handle incoming calls, answer enquiries and clients greeting
• Manage meeting room bookings
• Assist in office administrative work
• Handle ad hoc assignments and projects as required

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above with minimum 1 year relevant experience
• Good telephone manner and communication skills
• Good command of English and Cantonese (Putonghua is an advantage)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel) and Chinese Word processing
• Immediate availability is preferred
