Job Description
Job Responsibility:
1.Provide administrative assistance and support to HK Sales Manager for business development;
2. Responsible for administration, office operation and maintenance support;
3. Assist in customer reception, create customer information list, and help maintain customer relationship;
4. Represent and assist overseas sales to communicate with members of other departments in Guangzhou HQ and follow up projects by using GRG OA system;
5. Build up communication channel between local and HQ, Help managers to collect and summarize weekly, monthly and annual reports from overseas partners and customers;
6. As the contact window with HQ` s Human Resources & Administration Department, assist in HK office` s HR job.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor` s Degree or above, Major in administration or marketing preferred;
2. The candidate should have more than 1 year` s working experience and with administration experience preferred;
3. Must be able to communicate in Cantonese & Mandarin & - both in speaking and writing;
4. Responsible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure;
5. Active, good execution ability.
