Job Description

Responsibilities:

Provide daily administrative support to Purchasing Department
Handle petty cash and cheque payments
Handle shipping and accounting documents
Assist in ad hoc projects and assignments
Ensure compliance of corporate policies and procedures

Requirements:

Diploma or above in Business Administrative or any related disciplines
2 years of administration or shipping experience
Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially in Excel
Detail-minded, organized and responsible
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
