Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all daily clinic operations and administrative duties
• Recruit, lead, motivate, develop, and manage the team related to the operation
• Address customer issues and complaints
• Drive continuous improvement on procedures and services
• Help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns
• Define and execute medical and clinical projects related to business such as clinical practice, medical technology etc.
• Perform ad hoc duties

Requirements:

• Holder of relevant health care qualifications, additional qualification in nursing, healthcare will be an advantage
• Minimum 3-5 years relevant experiences in healthcare industry
• Good people and operation management ability
• Strong interpersonal skills necessary to communicate with internally and externally, understanding and managing cultural differences is imperative
• Good command of both English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• High level of integrity and discipline
• Hands-on leadership style with a can-do attitude
• Mature, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibilities, able to find solution and work independently.
• Familiar with clinic operations, cooperate with doctors and other staff as a team
• Proficiency in PC operations and MS Office
• Immediately Available
