Job duties:

l   Enhance the operational procedure and systems of international equipment services.

l   Organize and intensify efficiency support services and coordinating communication between businesses and support functions.

l   Perform a meaningful role in long-term planning and establishment initiatives aimed at operational distinction.

l   Organizing the budget of the company in collaboration with the director.

l   Computation of completed units of service and invoicing of funding sources.

l   Perform organizational roles that ensure that protection regulations are followed.

l   Reevaluate customer related statistics and data.

Required Qualifications:

l   Bachelor’s Degree with a focus on Business.

l   Around 3 years of working experience.

l   Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.

l   Team player with the ability to interface with all levels of management.

l   The innate ability to be collaborative.

l   Exceptional analytical skills and a keen intuition.

l   Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and listening skills.

l   Fluent in English and Mandarin.
