Responsibilities:

Handle full spectrum of human resources functions including recruitment, training and development, performance management, employee relations, etc.

Review and establish human resources policies and procedures

Assist in compensation and benefits functions and human resources operations

Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

Degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines

Familiar with Hong Kong Listing Rules

5 years or above experience in all-round human resources functions, preferably in financial institutions or listing companies

Well-versed with employment related regulations and regulatory requirements

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficient in Mandarin is advantage
