MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• General secretary, admin and account support
• Provide full range of administration and general clerical duties
• Responsible for full spectrum of human resources functions, office administration and business operations for HK office
• Execute in Compensation and Benefits functions including daily attendance, leave management, payroll processing, MPF, taxation and benefits administration
• Participate in full employee life cycle including recruitment, on boarding and off boarding procedures
• Handling general office administration tasks including office equipment maintenance, insurance and licenses renewal
• Handle stationery and refreshment arrangements
• Handling daily accounting work including petty cash, cheque preparation and follow-up
  
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• F.5 or above
• Minimum 2~3 years solid experience
• Dynamic creative person with relevant experience in administration and secretary
• Well organised skills – Detail minded, responsible
• Self-motivated, independent, able to work under pressure
• Strong oral & written skills in both English and Mandarin / Chinese
• Immediately availability is a “must”
