Job Description
Requirements:
- HKCEE/HKDSE 5 passes including Chinese and English
- At least 3 years’ of full time clerical / administrative working experience.
- working experience in manning hotline or customer service preferred ;
Duties:
- Man a public enquiry hotline for the office
- Handle complaints and enquires;
- Provide clerical and logistical support for publicity campaigns and related activities; and
- Assist in other tasks assigned
