Job Description

Requirements:

  • HKCEE/HKDSE 5 passes including Chinese and English
  • At least 3 years’ of full time clerical / administrative working experience.
  • working experience in manning hotline or customer service preferred ;

Duties:

  • Man a public enquiry hotline for the office
  • Handle complaints and enquires;
  • Provide clerical and logistical support for publicity campaigns and related activities; and
  • Assist in other tasks assigned
