Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise daily back office activities including but not limited to securities/futures/bond settlement, corporate action, client fund transfers, IPO, placement and SBL etc.
• Liaise with front office, banks, brokers and external authorities to follow up any settlement related issues
• Ensure the operational procedures are compliance with relevant regulatory and ensure all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently
• Implement and maintain effective internal control in the operating process to minimize risk exposure 
• Participate in system enhancements, UAT and perform ad hoc assignments / duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years experience in a brokerage industry, with at least 3 years at managerial level in Settlement and Operations Department
• Familiar with regulatory requirement, CCASS, DCASS and CTM operations
• Mature, detail-minded, self-motivated and able to work under pressure 
• Excellent communications skill and interpersonal skill
• Strong leadership and organization skills
• Proficiency in both spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
