Job Description
The client is a respected global bank, is now seeking for few new headcounts as Customer Services / CS Officer (Financial Planning / Wealth Management / Client Services [Non-sales]) (15–20k) to join their growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Handle general email inquiries, phone calls & face-to-face timely and tactfully
- Provide quality customer services to clients
- Perform claims registration and insurance enquiry over the phone
- Feedback customers’ comments to superior for service improvement
- Make suggestions for improving customer satisfaction
- Perform ad-hoc task as required by supervisor
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing and/or Insurance Studies
- At least 3 years working experience in Customer Service, Hotline or Call Center environement, preferably in insurance, banking or telecommunication industry
- Candidate as Financial Planner/ Financial Planning / Wealth Management Associate are welcome
- IIIQE Paper 1, 2, 3 is preferable
- Familiar with Call Centre operation workflow and procedures
- Knowledge in wide range of General Insurance or Life insurance products will be an advantage
