Our client is an international bank and they are seeking the right candidates for the position of Business Relationship Manager from all levels to join their banking teams.

Responsibilities

• To be a team member of Branch Distribution & Services Department
• Assist District Manager to formulate marketing events and coach junior Business Development Teammates
• To serve designated corporate account portfolio, make the bank a trusted partner for our business customer
• Responsible for the growth of corporate account business and achieve individual business targets
• Develop and maintain good relationship with internal and external business channels to solicit corporate account and business referral
• Enhance customer experience, deliver customer-oriented solution to business account owners and their employees

Requirements

• University graduate
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in banking or financial sector of which at least 2 years in retail banking
• Sound knowledge in retail banking products and services, and be able to ensure excellent services are provided
• Pass in the Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examination or an Exempted / Qualified Securities Dealer
• Passes in the MPF and Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations
• Strong technical knowledge of the Bank’s products and services
• Good understanding of relevant branch policies, procedures, practices, rules and sales compliance requirements
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua will be an advantage
• Proficient in both written and spoken Japanese or Spanish will be an added advantage
