Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:

Working closely with Global Trading team on system extraction criteria and requirements
Drive the implementation of Blockchain initiative to the bank. The job holder assumed strong project management skills for ensuring timely and smooth delivery as plan and approved budget.
Support in formulation of strategy to improve customer satisfaction and achieve business target
Promote and enhance digital journey for all Trade Customer
Prepare progress reports of promotion / marketing program to monitor / assess the effectiveness of business activities.
Assist in project management and formulate system user requirements, design and execute user acceptance tests for project delivery.

Requirements:

Degree holder with minimum 3 years of banking, business technology and consultanting experience gained from other digital transformation and project management
A creative problem solver with a strong skill in design and problem formulation
Well-versed in relevant policies and procedures of the Bank as well as change requirements
Strong business sense to combine with analytics to help drive decisions
Be able to communicate in English and Cantonese very fluently
