Our bank client hires Fraud Risk Management Manager for their credit card business.

Responsibilities

l   Formulate and analyze the rules setting and functionality of Falcon and various system enhancements (i.e. Falcon systems/IFES)

l   Achieve annual goals and minimize the fraud loss

l   Enhance the process on data extraction for fraud prevention

l   Make sure all procedures are in compliance with all policies, rules, guidelines, requirements prescribed by regulators as well as the Bank

l   Handle the fraud related customer’s inquiries and complaints which meet the standards/requirements/guidelines prescribed by all concerned regulators as well as the Bank

l   Comply with all applicable regulations, rules, codes, guidelines and standards set by regulators and the Bank, and carry out duties with high integrity

l   Adhere to all risk control guidelines, procedures and measures to identify, assess, report, mitigate and monitor the risks involved in the day-to-day work

Requirements

l   University graduate

l   More than 8 years of experience in the banking industry, which at least 3 years in credit card operations

l   Good sense of detection and analytical mind

l   Proficiency in Microsoft Access and SAS is preferable

l   Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

Candidates with less experience would be considered as Assistant Manager.
