Key Role and Responsibilities:

• Report to the Company Secretary
• Handle full range of company secretarial duties
• Organize board meetings and prepare meeting papers
• Assist in compliance matters
• Assist in ad hoc projects
• Assist the Company Secretary to oversee the joint venture companies

Job Qualifications and Requirements

• Degree or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Good accounting knowledge is an advantage
• Minimum 3 years of working experience
• Practical experience in dealing with legal documents and PRC company secretarial matters is an advantage
• Well organized, meticulous, high integrity, self-motivated, good interpersonal and communication skill with a strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent PC skills of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Chinese word processing

• Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is a must
• Occasionally travel to the PRC offices
