Responsibilities

s   Act as in-house assistant to administrate and maintain all IT aspects including hardware, software and network troubleshooting;

s   Performing regular system monitoring, data backup server administration, company web site basic maintain;

s   Work closely and manage Service Providers and Vendors to provide service or solutions to business requirements;

s   To co-ordinate with HKEx and participate in any required testing and system upgrade from HKEx and/or related parties;

s   Keep up to date and understand IT related guidelines from SFC, and keep all system in line with SFC requirements.

Requirements

s   HD in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines;

s   Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience in system administration, application support, Firewall and VPN setup is an advantage;

s   Well-versed in Microsoft Office, on configuration and end user support;

s   Experience in supporting ERP system is preferred;

s   Knowledge in Java, VB, Dot Net, SQL statement is preferred;

s   With hands-on experience in Windows Server and Linux server;

s   Relevant experience in financial institutions, familiar with regulations is preferable;

s   Good knowledge in help desk services and troubleshooting skill;

s   Able to work independent, responsible and well-organized;

s   Fluent in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
