Job Description
Responsibilities:

Assist IT Project Manager in administrative duties such as schedule arrangement and preparation of project documentations

Organize project meeting by preparing agenda, issuing meeting notice and handling minutes and records

Coordinate assigned projects by working closely with internal departments, project team members and third parties
Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or related discipline

Knowledge of Software Development is preferred
-
Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility

Strong interpersonal and communication skill
-
PMP certification is preferable
-
Fresh graduate will also be considered
Applicants for the above position must be proficient in spoken and written Chinese (including Mandarin) and English, and be competent in MS Office applications
