Hang Seng Bank was one of Hong Kong's bancassurance pioneers with insurance business footprint started since 1965. Over the years, Hang Seng Bank has been committed to serve its customers by providing full spectrum of insurance products including Life Insurance manufacturing, distribution of General Insurance and Medical products, and MPF business.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Customer Proposition and Marketing Manager.

Principal responsibilities

• Drive marketing and sales initiatives, including but not limited to tactical campaign and customer event to drive business and motivate frontline
• Manage marketing-related product launch initiatives including product brochure and material production, product premium waiver promotion, premium sourcing and events
• Handle campaign management including end-to-end process management, target identification, budget planning, logistic planning, co-ordinate with different departments, marketing material production and campaign result evaluation
• In charge of customer proposition and customer profile analysis; market information and competitive analysis
• Perform other responsibilities / duties as assigned by respective manager

Requirements

• University degree holder preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years’ working experience in sales channel marketing and campaign management, with exposure to banking industry an advantage
• Knowledge of insurance product is highly preferred
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and under pressure
• Attention to details and accuracy, strong communication skills especially in written Chinese a must
• Well versed in MS Office, including MS Excel and MS Access
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
• Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
