Our client, a fast-growing strategic consulting firm, is looking for a Associate/Director to cope with their rapid expansion.

Associate Responsibilities:

• Support clients from various sectors to refine business strategy and to support New Market Entry
• Hands-on Project management, Business transformation, Change Management, Operation Management, Strategic consulting, Implementation
• Conduct professional business proposals, Market research, trend analysis, Financial modelling
• Post-Merger Integration support
• Involved in principal investment with firm's principal capital

Director Responsibilities:

• Manage project development from initiation to closure
• Use critical thinking capabilities to solve business problems
• Work with Project Sponsor and Stakeholders to complete Project Charter outlining scope, goals, deliverable, resources, budget, and timelines
• Lead, coach and motivate project team members on a proactive basis
• Communicate project status to sponsor and all stakeholders; monitor and escalate risks and issues as appropriate
• Establish clear ownership for project tasks, ensure team members have the tools needed and provide timely feedback
• Continuously seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-4 years’ experience working in sizable Strategic Consulting firm, reputable companies or BIG4 (Associate level)
• 4+ years of management consulting, advisory, professional services, Big 4 consulting experience (Director level)
• Fluent English and Cantonese/Mandarin, other language is a plus
• Logical business mindset with leadership skills, Proactive, can-do attitude
  
• Graduated from top/well-known university
• Professional qualifications such as CPA/CFA/Agile/SCRUM Master/Lean Six Sigma/PMP, etc is advantageous
• IANG visa holder will also be considered
