Responsibilities職責:

• Handle authorization requests and provide transaction services to cardholders and merchants in our Chong Hing Bank Credit Card Authorization Center;
• Handle lost / stolen card reporting; and conduct front-end fraud control and detection;
• Support customer services hotline (inbound call);
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• 處理授權事宜，向持卡人和商戶提供交易服務；
• 處理遺失及被盜信用卡；
• 處理客戶查詢；及其他有關工作。

Requirements入職要求:

• DSE or HKCEE;
• Customer services experience in financial industry, preferably in retail branch, credit card or call center;
• Good telephone manner, customer service and communication skills
• Perform shift duty including weekends and public holidays
• Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written; and
• Conversant with MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing.
• 具金融業之客戶服務經驗，由以分行、信用卡或客戶服務之經驗更佳；
• 具良好的接線、客戶服務及溝通技巧；
• 需輪班工作（於08:00 – 23:00期間工作9小時，包括星期六、日及公眾假期）；
• 操流利廣東話和英語及良好中、英文書寫能力；懂得使用MS Office及中文文書處理。
