Responsibilities:

• Support in new product development and implementation, collaborate with Corporate Banking marketing units and other stakeholders to identify and close product gaps in accordance with client needs
• Conduct product due diligence and monitor product performance, prepare business reports and propose recommendation to enhance existing products
• Support development and implementation of related product platforms and systems, provide user requirement and conduct UAT
• Promote usage of cash management products and services, support front office to provide product consulting, training and develop product marketing materials
• Initiate market strategies in response to dynamic market conditions to enhance the competitiveness and profitability of new products
  
  

Requirements:

• University graduate in Finance, Banking and other relevant disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in banks
• Hands-on experience in product development with in-depth knowledge of Cash Management products and services
• Working knowledge in Treasury/Cash Management and credit analysis
• Strong analytical skills with excellent problem-solving skill and strategic mindset
• Proactive with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferred
