Job Description
Our Client is a well- established commercial bank in Greater China founded in 1995. The focus of business in Hong Kong is on corporate and investment banking. They are committed to providing professional, tailor-made and comprehensive financial services to facilitate enterprises' investment, operations and trade across the region.
Job duties:
- Perform on-going credit monitoring and risk management on clients and portfolios.
- Provide effective management on loan irregularities of weak borrowers and follow up with business units to minimize the risk.
- Coordinate various credit support tasks (including preparation of periodic / ad hoc credit-related reports) with other stakeholders to comply with credit guidelines
- Review loan / legal documentation in adherence to internal policies, procedures and credit approval condition on new business opportunities.
- Gather and analyze market information, monitor the performance of credit facilities utilization to identify early signs of credit deterioration.
Job requirements:
- University degree in Banking / Accounting / Finance / Business Administration / Law or related disciplines
- Minimum 4 years' experience in corporate lending or credit, with experience of reviewing loan and legal documentation.
- Sound knowledge in MS Excel, Access and PowerPoint
- Adequate knowledge in regulatory requirements
- Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Good report writing skills in both English and Chinese
