Our client is a Large Banking corporation provides a full range of offers investment banking and securities brokerage services, is seeking for a Operational Risk Analyst to support their daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist business/supporting functions on operational risk identification, assessment, monitoring, control or mitigation and reporting.
• Work closely with business/supporting functions and prepare regular reports to management.
• Monitor business/supporting functions on remediation plans to address warning key risk indicators.
• Monitor and ensure business/supporting functions provide timely risk event reporting and issue resolution.
• Perform regular and ad hoc risk and control assessments to validate effectiveness of controls and provide recommendations.
• Assist in Operational Risk Management System (ORMS) Project activities, including data cleansing, data reconciliation, test cases preparation support, UAT execution and support, recording test results, etc.
• Perform analysis on test results and system behavior 
• Perform analysis on issues to identify impact and severity level, and provide recommendations on issues resolutions or possible work-arounds.

Requirements

• Preferred at least 2 years of working experience in banking industry; Candidate with audit/operational risk functions experience will be highly regarded.
• Experience in internal control, auditing or procedural review
• Excellent written and communication skills in English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
