Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • As Head of Department:
    • Building and maintaining a multinational team to be effectively and fully able to execute the Security Token Offering consulting service
    • Responsible for budget of the department and its streamlining
    • Responsible for evaluating performances of team members
    • Responsible for reporting to CEO and building efficient method of communication
  • As Manager of Security Token Offering (STO) project:
    • Building a unique, compliant, comprehensive and value-added STO consulting service product in co-operation with CEO
    • Based on research, selecting appropriate partners to constitute the service in co-operation with CEO
    • Meeting the specific targets at each phase
    • Leasing with local law firms in order for providing appropriate services
    • Understanding and mitigating key elements of the company’s and services’ risk profile
    • Initiating and monitoring the implementation of business process

 

Job Requirements

  • At least 10 years of professional experience in financial sector
  • Good command of spoken and written English is essential
  • Ability to work under pressure and fast paced working environment
  • Ability to build strategy in global and local level
  • Having deep knowledge and executive power on the marketing process (defining customer segments and customer needs, determining brand positioning, setting products / services, PR branding, maximizing sales)
  • High level of industry expertise (especially technical development steps, milestones, constraints etc.) and be able to feed back to the business
  • Having a deep knowledge in industry popular projects, industry trends, power maps, always being able to feed the latest information back to the business
  • Utilizing personal connections, special knowledge, ideas, etc., it can produce results beyond current resources
  • Strong understanding of consultative sales principles, and adept at distinguished corporate level negotiations and building long-term client relationships
  • Ability to cater the best deliveries to meet and exceed agreed targets and goals
  • Affluent experience in IPO/ICO/STO and ability to convert knowledge and experience into relevant but new service
  • Preferably with previous professional project management experience
  • Blockchain knowledge would be highly preferable

 

Required Skills

  • Having knowledge of related fields such as IT & finance at business level
  • Ability to build effective strategies that management and advisors themselves will accept, to be able to carry out results
  • Not being caught in the traditional theory, having ability to produce outcome-oriented techniques optimized for the industry and situation to cheer for support
  • Have the driving force to achieve prerequisites, change of the environment, incorporate force majeure into the business strategy, achieve goals in the case and maintain high growth
  • Fastest acquisition of skills and attitude necessary to carry out the new job requirements
  • Shaping his/her hand by moving him/herself as needed
  • Being able to coordinate all the processes of the project by himself, and be able to implement themselves as necessary (Project acquisition, scheme design, Financial Impact analysis, process design, compliance improvement, negotiation of economic conditions, contract signing, development management, press correspondence, CS, marketing design, PR)
  • Have deep knowledge and executive power on the marketing process (defining customer segments and customer needs, determining brand positioning, setting products / services, PR branding, maximizing sales)
