新經濟股權交易平台（NEEE）有別於一般市場的交易平台，從新興關鍵趨勢，為投資者建立一套嶄新的配對平台，專責為國內及本港註冊的初創企業及非上市公司提供股權交易，以及企業資金配對等服務。NEEE是經公司註冊處批准註冊，旨在為幫助不同商業機構的業務發展，及為專業投資者尋找優質的投資專案。

Responsibilities:

• Handle coordination and liaison for all projects;
• Assist data and analysis on certain industries, companies, markets etc. that may have impact on product development and performance;
• Assist in preparing performance projection based on market and/or passed data;
• Assist Manager in providing relevant reports, coordinating meeting, event, etc;
• Closely monitor the project development and report to management regularly;
• Work with SFC licensed companies in following the regulations and guidelines of relevant regulatory authorities and risk management control;
• Perform ad hoc assignments as assigned.

Requirements: 

• Diploma holder or above in Economic, Business, Finance or related disciplines;
• Relevant work experience in/with SFC licensed company is preferred;
• Good knowledge of SFC type 1,4,6 & 9 is preferred;
• Ability to work and interface well with various organizations and personnel at all levels;
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Good time management and able to handle multiple assignments.
