Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Handling customer enquiries

- Supporting promotion campaign and identify cross-selling opportunities

- Trained to be able to provide investment advices to customers

Requirement:

- Degree holder or above, with customer service experience highly preferred

- Proactive, with positive and communication skills

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Putonghua

- Candidates with less experience will be considered for Junior Investment Consultant

- Fresh graduates are welcomed

**Candidates must be permitted to work in HK, IANG are welcome**
